New Students
New students are welcomed in classes with available space at any time within the session and fees will be pro-rated. Prospective students are welcomed to attend a trial class as a drop-in prior to registration if desired.
Practicalities for class
*Please dress comfortably in nonrestrictive clothes, in layers if desired. For comfort, eat lightly, if at all, before class.
*We are not a hot yoga studio. Our room can be quite sunny and warm.
*Please do not wear perfume or aftershave. This is a fragrance free studio. Many students and instructors have scent allergies, we ask that you respect this request.
#We will NOT be supplying yoga mats, you must bring your own.
*Please turn off all phones/tablets during class.
*Please arrive on time for class. If you must leave early, please let the teacher know. If you are late, please enter quietly.
Drop-ins
Drop-ins are always welcome to regularly scheduled weekly classes. All of our classes have open enrollment and welcome newcomers at any time. We encourage you to explore. You will experience deeper, more sustainable results by committing to a regular class on a certain day and time of the week. This allows your body to adapt to the habit that you are gifting to yourself.
All workshops require pre registration and pre payment. Please check on space availability.

Registration for Workshops/Events
All workshops and events require pre registration and pre payment. This ensures that teachers have the proper amount of materials needed for all students attending.
*Payment in full reserves your space in a workshop/event.

Make-up Classes
If you miss your regular class you may attend any other class with available space.
****Make-ups for missed classes are offered within the session only, and not carried over into subsequent sessions. Make-ups cannot be used as payment for workshops/specialty classes****
Returned Check Fee
There is a $25 fee for returned checks.
Refund Policy
Classes
Refunds are not offered for student absences.
Sometimes a student finds it necessary to withdraw from a class. We cannot refund any classes already missed, but can refund any up- coming classes in that current session.
Workshops

All workshops require pre payment/pre registration. We offer a refund up to 24 hours before the workshop.
Transfers
Transfers are available within the session between classes that have available space. If you have a scheduling conflict, health concern, or want to try a different style of yoga, please speak to our staff. We will do our best to accommodate you.

Classes may be added or deleted or subbed. Thank you for your understanding!
Class Size
#Class size is unlimited on Livestreaming classes on Zoom. Class size will be limited to 6-8 socially distanced students. So please register early. All of our in person offerings require pre-registration/pre-payment no later than 30 minutes in advance.
Snow Emergency & Class Cancellation Policy
If possible, class will be held on Zoom.
If there is a snow emergency or no school in Marlboro, parking bans are in effect and there is no parking on Main Street. There is parking in the garage behind the studio. Class cancellation is by teachers discretion. Class cancellations are posted on our website, Facebook page, Google calendar and on our phone message. Earthsong Yoga phone: 508-251-9620 .
Make-ups for Snow Cancellation/ teacher absence Classes
Students may attend a different class during the session, if space is available. Depending on room availability, the instructor may choose to offer a make-up date. Please check with your teacher.
How to Reach Us
Due to the nature of the teaching profession, our staff is not usually available at the studio to take phone calls or answer email. Although the office is not always staffed, we check our phone messages and email regularly. In addition to leaving messages, you can often reach teachers by email or by calling them directly.
